Royal Westmoreland - Coconut Grove 8

Coconut Grove 8, also known as West Mount, is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa on a quiet avenue within the Royal Westmoreland Resort in St James, close to all the resort amenities. It comes with full membership, which gives guests flexibility when booking tee times, and can also be let as a two- or three-bedroom rental.

Neutral shades with hints of Caribbean colour keep the house light and airy. The open-plan layout leads from the entrance into the formal dining room, with a natural stone table seating 8. Next to it, the remodelled kitchen has stainless steel Miele appliances and a wine cooler. The sitting room has a 50-inch Smart TV with cable and Apple TV, giving access to UK and USA channels, and a wireless Bose speaker system plays music in every room and outside.

The bedrooms sit on either side of the main living areas and are dressed in 100% Egyptian linens. The master suite and the first guest bedroom open directly onto the pool deck. All bedrooms are en-suite, with air conditioning or ceiling fans. The master and second guest bedroom have four-poster king-size beds, and the other two have twin beds that convert to kings.

The tropical gardens back onto the golf course. The covered patio has an outdoor dining area, bar, BBQ and outdoor shower, and overlooks the private pool.

A full-time housekeeper and a concierge service can help with tours, restaurant bookings, baby equipment and more. Guests can use the resort's private gym, communal pool, Rum Shak, golf and tennis, and the Mullins Beach Club, with a daily shuttle. Holetown and the nearest beach are an 8-minute drive, with a shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and crafts, and restaurants.
