From our Holetown office, we look after the practical details surrounding the villas we represent. Before you travel, we can arrange airport transfers, stock the kitchen to your preferences and make sure the household team knows who is arriving and when.

Where a villa has its own staff, we will introduce you and explain how the service works. Where additional support is needed, we can arrange housekeeping, a private chef for an evening or throughout your stay, childcare and car hire through trusted local providers.

Once you are here, we can assist with restaurant reservations, days on the water, golf, treatments and time spent exploring Barbados. If plans change or something at the villa needs attention, we remain only a message away.

For owners, our care continues between stays. We prepare the property for each arrival, check it following departure and keep you informed while you are away.
