Royal Westmoreland, Mahogany Drive No.7

Mahogany Drive No.7 is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom villa set in mature gardens within the Royal Westmoreland Resort in St James, with views of the 11th hole and out to the Caribbean Sea. It is one of the few villas on the resort with a separate two-bedroom guest cottage, and it comes with full membership.

The main house is styled in Caribbean decor. Its four bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms; on the ground floor, one has a queen-size bed and the other is a double opening onto a private patio. There is also a guest powder room and a study. The guest cottage has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave, mini-bar and coffee maker.

The infinity pool is the centre of the outdoor space, with a panoramic view over the golf course and outdoor dining and lounge areas with a BBQ.
