Rose of Sharon is a six-bedroom villa on the Sandy Lane Estate in St James, Barbados, set beside the 18-hole golf course of the Sandy Lane Country Club. It has been fully refurbished.

The main house is light and airy, with open beamed ceilings. The large air-conditioned living area opens onto the covered terrace, and the ground floor also has a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a purpose-built office and a gym. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, each air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom. The two larger master bedrooms have king-size beds and Jacuzzi baths as well as showers, and the master bedroom has its own patio overlooking the pool and gardens. Across from the pool, the guest cottage has its own living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and two further bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.

The covered terrace overlooks the pool and garden and is divided into a relaxed seating area with two sofas and a more formal area for dining outdoors. The grounds are planted with lush tropical vegetation, and in the natural gully at the end of the garden a purpose-built Gully Deck with a waterfall makes a setting for entertaining by day or night.

As part of the Sandy Lane Estate, the villa has access to the Sandy Lane Beach Facility.
