Benjoli Breeze is a five-bedroom villa at 10 Palm Ridge in Royal Westmoreland, St James, Barbados, with a large pool and mature garden overlooking the fairway and the Caribbean sea.

A colonial-style entrance opens onto a grand lobby with a powder room and bathroom, and an office that can be converted to a bedroom. Beyond it, a large open-plan living and dining area has high ceilings and ceiling fans. A short hallway from the lobby leads to a twin-bedded guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and doors onto the pool deck. Upstairs, the Master Suite and a second guest bedroom both have King beds and en-suite bathrooms, and open onto a large private balcony. Two interconnected cottages, reached from the pool deck, have a King bed and two twin beds respectively, each with an en-suite bathroom and its own private patio; Cottage 1 looks over the fairway to the sea.

The living area leads onto a covered open-air terrace. To one side is a covered outdoor dining area seating 12, suited to dinner parties in the warm evening breeze, and ahead is the large pool with a spacious deck, surrounded by mature garden and overlooking the fairway.
