Lelant Villa | Royal Westmoreland

Lelant is an airy, contemporary five-bedroom villa beside the 16th fairway of Royal Westmoreland Golf & Country Club in St James, with views of the Caribbean Sea. It sits on a ridge above the fairway and catches the cooling trade winds, which suits golfers and non-golfers alike.

The entrance is through a courtyard with a water feature, and steps lead down to the large living area and out to the terrace. The modern kitchen opens onto a covered terrace for dining with sea views at sunset. The ground floor also has a large air-conditioned media and games room with books, puzzles and games.

The whole first floor is given to the primary suite, with an en-suite bathroom and dressing area; both bedroom and bathroom open onto a covered balcony with views over the fairway and the ocean. The remaining bedrooms are all en-suite and air-conditioned. One is in a self-contained cottage with its own terrace, and a Jack and Jill adjoining suite works well for families.

Outside, the 25-metre infinity-edge swimming pool sits steps from the living rooms, with plenty of shaded sun beds.

Guests have the use of the resort's amenities, including 24-hour security, the clubhouse, tennis courts, communal pool, gym, spa and golf, as well as the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club on Mullins Beach.
