Development Potential Land

The Anse La Verdure lands are a waterfront development site in St Lucia, lying between the villages of Anse La Raye and Canaries. The land sits behind the Queen's Chain, a strip of beach and cliff waterfront where you can walk along the shore below the cliff and explore the rocks and sea life of the coast.

Behind the Queen's Chain the land is flat to gently sloping, rising from the waterfront to the East boundary. The plot immediately behind the Queen's Chain is ideal for a boutique hotel or a group of cottages, and the beach part of the land would suit a beach bar and restaurant facilities, giving guests direct use of the waterfront.

The main access is from the road that leads to Ti Kaye Village Resort & Spa. This road runs along the North of the land and loops round to the East and South boundaries. A second access road comes from the South through the Queen's Chain, in front of Block No. 0038B 53 and 0038B 3.

The coral reef offshore is pristine and breathtaking, and forms part of the Soufriere Marine Park. The land is well suited to tourist development, as the successful Ti Kaye resort close by shows. The resort does much of its business in weddings and also draws divers, with two man-made coral reefs formed by sunken ships about three miles off the coast.
