Oceanview Luxury Home

This four-bedroom contemporary villa sits on the windswept bluffs of Cap Estate in St Lucia, above Anse Galet Bay where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. It was designed as a sanctuary for those looking to rest and renew mind, body and soul, an island retreat with the scent of the ocean breeze and tropical flora and the soothing sound of waves breaking on the pebbled shore below.

The villa is a modern contemporary design, furnished throughout to a high standard, and offers 5,500 sq ft of indoor space and 1,400 sq ft of outdoor space. Each of the four en-suite bedrooms is individually designed and opens onto a private balcony with ocean views. There are three standard rooms and one master bedroom, and every room is decorated differently to give it its own individuality and character. The three standard rooms follow different themes, Mid-century Charm, Modern Flair and Chic White, and each has a queen-sized bed, a bathroom and French doors to its balcony. The master bedroom is furnished with reclaimed Emerson pieces and has a king-sized bed, a bathroom with a shower and a private soaking tub with an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Outside there is an infinity pool, a fire pit, terraces and decks. A fully equipped frameless glass gym and an infinity yoga deck both look out over the ocean, so you can keep up your usual workout routine while on the island, and the views of the sea make the yoga deck a natural place to relax.

Cap Estate is a quiet, well-kept residential community at the northern tip of the island. The St Lucia Golf Club, Rodney Bay Marina and town, beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, a casino, supermarkets, duty-free shopping, doctors, pharmacies and many of the island's sights are all within a 5-15 minute drive. The smaller regional George Charles Airport (SLU) is less than 20 minutes away, and Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is 1 hour and 20 minutes by road.
