Beaches Edge

Beaches Edge East is a five-bedroom private oceanfront villa in Anguilla, set close to the water's edge with views of the mountains and the sea and across the water to the neighbouring island of St Maarten. Local restaurants and golf are close by.

Sleek contemporary architecture and walls of windows frame the views from the expansive open-plan great room, blurring the line between inside and out. There are two sitting areas for watching the sea and a formal dining area that seats eight. Wi-Fi, a wine fridge and a sound system are all in place.

All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own lounge areas, and the villa sleeps up to ten guests. The two master bedrooms are each fitted with a king bed and have private balconies overlooking the ocean.

The stone terrace takes in the panorama across the water and holds plenty of loungers, a swimming pool and a hot tub. A barbecue and a shaded alfresco dining area make it easy to enjoy fresh local seafood at home after a day on the beach or the golf course.

Anguilla is known for its beaches and its lack of mega-resorts, which makes it a tranquil place to escape to. The villa is just steps from a secluded stretch of beach and a short drive from the island's West End beaches, and there is a good choice of restaurants nearby, as well as the Cuisinart Resort golf course.
