Tantalus

Tantalus is a five-bedroom house on Brighton beach in Barbados, set in tropical gardens with views throughout. It sleeps 10 in its beds, and 2 more can stay on an air mattress on request.

The entrance level has a large balcony with a seating area and a round dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, a laundry room and a bathroom. Two queen bedrooms are on this level, one of them en-suite. The upper level holds the large master bedroom, with a private balcony facing the ocean and a bathroom with an upright tub and separate shower. There are two more queen bedrooms, and a bonus room that works as a fitness room or can take a couple of air beds on request. The house is air-conditioned.

The balcony leads out to a large open-air patio. The upper level has a private jacuzzi, and a large Roman-inspired shared pool is just steps away.

Housekeeping is daily, with linens and towels changed twice a week. Extra housekeeping can be arranged at additional cost, and a cook can be arranged if needed.
