Silversands Villas

Silversands Villas are three and four bedroom beachside and hillside villas with private pools at Silversands on Grand Anse Beach in St George, Grenada. Owners have the use of the hotel's five-star facilities, and the villas are for sale with Grenadian citizenship included.

The Beachfront villas are designed on one level, directly on the beach, each on an average plot of around 26,350 sq. ft. Each is an individual standalone pavilion with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three private pools. Large windows, outdoor decks and al fresco salas invite the outdoors in. The airy open floor plan of the grand living and dining areas is framed by views of the villa's largest private pool, its surface spanning 1,636 sq. ft on a terrace of over 2,206 sq. ft. Beyond the living area are a fully equipped kitchen, powder room and service pantry with separate entrance. For privacy, each corner of the villa holds a master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The two master bedrooms at the front open to views of the pool and beach, while the two at the rear have their own private patios and plunge pools.

The Hillside villas sit on the jungle-cloaked hillside that rises to the north of the hotel. Each has a net internal area of 3,358 sq. ft on an average plot of around 13,519 sq. ft, and is designed on three levels that spill down the hillside, with three master bedrooms, three bathrooms and two private pools. Each of the three levels has its own master bedroom with seating area and en-suite bathroom.

The garden level has a master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a private patio with a plunge pool. The second level holds the main indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, with a fully equipped kitchen, powder room and service pantry with separate entrance. Framed by tropical and sea views, its outdoor terrace covers 1,776 sq. ft of entertaining space, including a main pool of almost 538 sq. ft. The second-level master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and sea views. On the third floor is an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with treetop views of Grand Anse Beach.

Villa owners can enjoy the Silversands five-star amenities, including a spa, beach club, Thai-inspired restaurant and a rum and cigar bar alongside a 100 metre swimming pool, as well as exclusive events and the resort's authentic island experiences.

Silversands is on the two-mile-long Grand Anse Beach, just a 10-minute drive (5 km) from Maurice Bishop International Airport. Flights from London to Grenada are via Barbados or St Lucia.
