The St James Residences are two contemporary, fully furnished beachfront apartments overlooking Paynes Bay in St James, on the West Coast of Barbados, offered together: The Villa at The St James and The One at The St James. Between them they combine approximately 9,100 sq ft, with 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and two guest powder rooms, expansive Caribbean Sea views and direct beach access, with the space and flexibility to accommodate family and guests across two separate residences.

On the ground floor, The Villa opens onto a generous terrace with a private swimming pool and space for alfresco dining. Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the light-filled living areas with the outdoors, keeping the sea in view throughout the principal living spaces. The primary suite opens directly onto the terrace, and three further bedrooms and a separate one-bedroom guest cottage complete the accommodation.

On the first floor, The One offers an elevated perspective over the bay. Its open-plan living and dining areas extend onto a wide balcony, an inviting setting for breakfast overlooking the water or evenings watching the sunset. Four en-suite bedrooms include a primary suite opening onto the balcony, complemented by a separate one-bedroom guest cottage with its own kitchenette and living area.
