Ornate electric gates open onto a circular driveway with a double garage and guest parking. A covered entrance leads through double doors into the foyer, where the sea view is framed by the archway into the living room and the covered terrace beyond. Beside the living room, which has a flat-screen TV, are a formal dining area and a separate kitchen and laundry. The ground floor has three en-suite bedrooms with private balconies, all with sea views and two overlooking the sun deck and pool. A double staircase leads to the master suite, with a bedroom, sitting room, en-suite bathroom and a large furnished private terrace. A housekeeper/laundress and a cook are included.

The covered terrace and the sun terrace have informal dining, social seating and sun loungers, and look over the Sandy Lane Golf Course and out to sea above the trees. The 1.6-acre plot is very private, bordered on three sides by the Old Nine golf course, which can be reached directly from the west garden.

Guests have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, with food and drink and complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas. Golf and tennis can be arranged on request.
