Porters Paradise

Porters Paradise is a three-bedroom villa in the Porters Place development in St James, on the West Coast of Barbados. It is an end unit in a gated community, a short walk from the beach shared by the Fairmont Royal Pavilion and Lonestar Restaurant.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Of the two other bedrooms, one is en suite and the other uses a family bathroom reached from the living area. All three bedrooms have smart TVs. The open-plan living room has a smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has laundry facilities.

The open-plan lounge flows out to a private back garden with an outdoor lounge and dining area and a private plunge pool.

Porters Place has 24 hour CCTV and an electric main gate, and the villa has its own exterior CCTV. Guests have access to the beach club, with priority use of lounge chairs and a discount on food and drink.

Holetown is a short drive or walk away, with bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities, from local beach bars to more formal dining.
