Fosters House

Fosters House is a stylishly furnished beachfront villa in Lower Carlton, St James, run as a warm family home with a personal cook.

There are five air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Four are on the upper floor, each with a private ocean-facing balcony and views of the Caribbean Sea. The fifth is on the ground floor and opens straight onto the pool area, which suits guests who would rather avoid stairs. The main floor holds a spacious open-plan living and dining room, also air-conditioned, and there is a separate air-conditioned room with a Peloton bike.

The living room flows out to a covered patio and pool deck with a second dining area, a good spot for sunset drinks. The pool deck is raised above the beach, which gives privacy from people walking along the sand and uninterrupted views of the coral-sand beach and turquoise sea.

Holetown is a few minutes away, with duty-free shopping at Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre and restaurants such as Tides and The Mews. The concierge can arrange a private island tour, a catamaran cruise to swim with the turtles, or time on the track at Bushy Park Racetrack.
