A three-bedroom townhouse of approximately 3,100 square feet in the gated Claridges resort community on Gibbes Road, St James - a five-minute stroll from the beach.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom; the two upstairs open onto private balconies over the tropical gardens and the communal swimming pool. Air conditioning in every bedroom and in the main living area, ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room. The open-plan living room has a Smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped down to a wine fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The covered terrace sits in landscaped tropical gardens. Guests have the resort’s large communal pool and sun loungers, and beach towels are provided.
