Villa Ashiana

Villa Ashiana is a five-bedroom detached villa on the west coast of St Lucia, set just above the yacht haven of Marigot Bay with panoramic views over the bay. Marigot is an eco-friendly area with lush vegetation and a rustic appeal. The villa is well maintained and tastefully and fully furnished.

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining room and the family TV room open onto a large patio beside the pool, overlooking the bay, from where there are fine sunsets to enjoy. The kitchen is large, modern and open plan, with granite countertops, where chefs have prepared well-reviewed meals for guests.

All the bedrooms are upstairs, and all five are en-suite. Three overlook the pool and Marigot Bay and each has a large patio facing the bay. The fifth bedroom is a large family room that comfortably holds three beds. Three bedrooms face north-west and the other two face northeast. There is also a small office upstairs, and a skylight makes the villa light and airy. The villa can sleep 11 guests.

The patio is made for outdoor entertaining, with a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower on the pool deck. The property is gated and fenced, with a lush tropical garden full of flora and fauna.
