Tramonto | Apartments with Beach Club Access

Tramonto is a new collection of one- and two-bedroom residences in Sunset Crest, St James, a few minutes' walk from Holetown on the West Coast of Barbados. Beaches, restaurants, boutiques and everyday shops are all close by, so life here does not depend on a car. Contemporary design, resort-style amenities and the calm of a small private residence come together in an address suited to a permanent home, a personal island retreat or a property with rental potential.

The residences range from 662 to 1,190 square feet. One-bedroom homes have one and a half bathrooms, and two-bedroom homes two and a half, each laid out across the ground floor and two upper levels of the building. Interiors are by KFB Design Studios: open-plan living rooms and kitchens with pale wood, natural textures and sliding glass doors to private balconies looking over the gardens and palms. Bedrooms are calm and light, with doors opening to the outside. The building is designed by FORMwork Architecture for the developer, Paradiso.

The grounds, landscaped by Talma Mill Studios, centre on a ground-floor swimming pool with sun loungers, tropical gardens and quiet places to sit. On the roof, lounge areas and open-air dining spaces are served by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill and pizza oven, with a cold plunge and recovery terrace alongside, a setting for long lunches and evenings under the Caribbean sky. A dedicated fitness centre, filled with natural light, completes the shared amenities.

Residents can also join the Sunset Crest Beach Club, a short stroll away, for a members' pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, sun loungers and shaded seating, changing rooms and showers, poolside Wi-Fi and the beachfront boardwalk towards Holetown Beach. Annual membership is subject to the club's terms. From morning coffee in Holetown to afternoons by the sea and dinner at the West Coast's best-known restaurants, everything is within easy reach.

Tramonto is offered off plan, with Founder Member pricing available until 30 November 2026. A residence can be reserved with a deposit that is fully refundable until the Sale and Purchase Agreement is signed, and is then credited towards the initial 10% payment, followed by agreed stage payments. Financing packages and flexible payment arrangements may be available, subject to developer approval. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027, with completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2029 and handover in the fourth quarter of 2029.
