The Rock Plantation House is a two-storey family home at The Rock, Richmond Hill, in St Peter, Barbados. It sits high on a ridge with far-reaching views to the Caribbean Sea, enjoys constant cooling breezes, and comes with a large tranche of land below the house that is included in the sale.

The house has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The Rock is ideally placed. The setting is rural, with wonderful views, yet Holetown is 15 minutes' drive away, Speightstown 10 minutes and the east coast 15 minutes. Holetown is the hub of the west coast of Barbados, with banks, supermarkets, duty-free shopping at Lime Grove and the Sandy Crest medical centre. Speightstown has lively bars and restaurants and keeps a historic village feel, with friendly vendors selling fruit and vegetables, shops, bakeries and a large supermarket. Many west coast beaches are a few minutes away.
