The Great House estate is thoughtfully divided between the main beachfront property and an adjoining land-side area. The seaside property includes the main Great House and The Great Bar, which overlooks a stunning infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. With twelve spacious suites across the Great House, the Carriage House, two cottages, and Hillaby House, this Caribbean beachfront home comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. The seaside setting provides numerous options for formal or informal dining, entertainment, or tranquil relaxation.

On the neighbouring land-side property, guests can enjoy an array of amenities set among lily ponds, lawns, and gardens. This includes a large games room, a state-of-the-art home cinema, a spa room, a fully equipped gym, a conference room, and a floodlit US Open-style tennis court.
Sleeping
This ultra-luxury villa in Barbados offers twelve fully air-conditioned suites, each with en-suite bathrooms, to sleep up to 30 guests. The suite configurations are flexible to meet personal preferences, with one suite designed for wheelchair accessibility. Guests will find luxury amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, Penhaligons toiletries, sarongs, and beach bags in each suite.

For entertainment, guests have access to a state-of-the-art air-conditioned home cinema with a 120-inch projector screen, Apple TV, a popcorn maker, and surround sound. The games room includes a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, backgammon and chess tables, and a variety of family board games. Music enthusiasts can enjoy the grand piano overlooking the ocean.
Beach and Water Sports
The estate boasts 100 metres of pristine Caribbean beachfront with idyllic swimming conditions. Water sports amenities include two boats (a 33ft motorboat and an 18ft speedboat) with ride-on inflatables, stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and kayaks. The property also features an infinity lap pool with ample deck space, a wading area, and spectacular ocean views.

Guests can maintain their fitness routine in the state-of-the-art gym equipped with Technogym machines, kettlebells, free weights, and exercise balls. The fully floodlit professional tennis court, complete with racquets for adults and children, is available for guests use.
