Palm View Penthouse is a privately owned two-bedroom apartment at Sugar Hill on the West Coast of Barbados, with high-standard finishes and furnishings in a relaxing palette. It is reached by lift and has a private rooftop deck with sun loungers and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the sunsets.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom and a private verandah overlooking the free-form swimming pool and tropical gardens below. The apartment has cable television, a DVD player, telephone and Wi-Fi, and a housekeeper works 2 days a week during stays.

Sugar Hill is a tennis village set on 90 acres of well-kept grounds. The clubhouse has a 2,000 sq ft infinity-edge pool and a fitness centre, and there is a children's pool, complimentary tennis on four floodlit courts, a restaurant and bar, and a members' lounge with satellite television. There is a 24-hour security patrol, a checkpoint on arrival and an onsite management team, who can arrange restaurant and local attraction bookings and babysitting.

Sugar Hill is a few minutes from Holetown and Royal Westmoreland, and has beach access through the neighbouring Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel, with sun beds, umbrellas, parking and beach service.
