Sea Shell

Sea Shell is a beachfront development site of about two acres on the point between Gibbs Beach and Mullins Beach in St Peter, on the west coast of Barbados, with 270 feet of beach frontage.

The site has many mahogany trees and tropical planting, and a watercourse that opens to the sea. There is an existing three-bedroom cottage on the land. Planning permission is in place for two different outline designs by the architect Larry Warren, one for a 7-bedroom and one for a 10-bedroom residence, and the plans can be viewed on request.
