Purple Rain - Mullins

Purple Rain is a two-bedroom beachfront villa on Mullins Beach in Barbados, just 6 feet from the sun terrace to the Caribbean Sea. It sleeps four.

A wooden staircase leads up to the master bedroom, which feels like a small lighthouse and has a 360-degree sea view from its patio and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom, also en-suite, is on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a barbecue area outside, and a service room has a washing machine and dryer. The villa is air-conditioned.

The wraparound lounge opens onto a large sundeck for dining, sunbathing, entertaining or reading. A private staircase leads straight down to the golden sand and turquoise water of Mullins Beach, and there is a beach shower on site. Beach towels are included. There is also a small private garden with potted plants and a quiet nook for reading.

West Coast restaurants and beach bars are a short barefoot walk away, the main bus route is close by, and a petrol station and convenience store is across the road. A housekeeper looks after the villa.
