Pair of Private Islands

A pair of private islands in the Berry Islands, Bahamas, with good elevation and relatively deep water access, offered for development.

The larger island, a mix of grassland and coppice, is fringed by a powder-soft white sand beach covering about 50% of the island. Its southern side has the highest ground, ideal for a home and dock with views along the beach. The smaller island, of 2.5 acres, lies just to the south.

Great Harbour Cay Harbour, with dockage and fuel, is a 20-minute boat ride away, and a 5 minute hop reaches the main Great Harbour Cay beach and The Beach Club for breakfast or lunch.
