Luxury Oceanfront Villa

This four-bedroom oceanfront house is in Silly Creek, in the Chalk Sound area of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands. It stands on an elevated 1.63-acre site with 240 feet of ocean frontage and wide views across the water.

The home is reached by a 100-foot Spanish cedar bridge suspended over lush tropical vegetation, and offers 4,000 square feet of elegant living space across three pavilions, with Balinese touches. The main living pavilion has a chef's kitchen open to an expansive living and dining room, which leads seamlessly out to the outdoor living area. The pavilion has soaring vaulted ceilings, coral stone floors and custom-designed Spanish cedar overhead doors and windows.

The primary bedroom sits in its own pavilion to one side of the pool and has a double indoor/outdoor shower. The guest pavilion holds three large, well-appointed guest bedrooms, each with ocean views and an en suite bathroom, together with a shared media lounge with a beverage centre.

Outside, expansive shaded and sun decks surround a heated infinity-edge pool, the natural place to enjoy the views.

The house has been impeccably maintained and is offered fully furnished to a very high standard. It is a popular short-term rental property.
