About Mandarin Oriental Grand Cayman
The private residences at Mandarin Oriental Grand Cayman form part of a five-star resort at St James' Point, a private and secluded enclave on the southernmost coast of Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. Two-, three- and four-bedroom residences are offered within the resort in two distinctive buildings, Beach House and Ocean House, each with its own character.
Beach House crowns the top five levels of the hotel and is designed to connect indoor and outdoor living, with interiors by Meyer Davis and architecture by Hart Howerton. Principal rooms have direct beach and ocean views. Chef's kitchens have custom millwork cabinetry, Calacatta countertops and backsplashes, and an imported European appliance suite. Bathrooms use natural stones including travertine and limestone, and most five-fixture primary bathrooms have windowed soaking tubs overlooking the ocean. Living spaces have elevated 10-foot ceilings, while secured parking and private elevator access add convenience.
Ocean House is perched on the ocean cliffs and offers a more private residential setting, with architecture and interiors by Paris-based AW2. Residences have limestone flooring, oak millwork and stone, marble and brass detailing, with 9'6" ceiling heights. Exhibition kitchens combine integrated appliances with handcrafted cabinetry and fluted oak upper cabinets, and primary bathrooms are finished in luminous limestone with oversized soaking tubs framed by ocean views.
Beach House residences have expansive private verandas and terraces equipped with electricity and water and designed for outdoor entertaining. Ocean House residences are arranged around gracious private wrap-around terraces, and the Ocean House Club, reserved for owners, has a social lounge opening onto a landscaped infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
The resort is set across 67 acres of tropical maritime forest with more than 2,700 feet of continuous ocean frontage. Owners have preferred access to the services and amenities of the resort, including the oceanfront spa, fitness centre, multiple pools, dining venues, racquet and padel courts, children's facilities and dedicated concierge services. The 1,000-foot crescent beach has a protected harbour for calm swimming, cabana service and water sports, and an on-site dive centre can arrange diving, fishing excursions and tailored boat tours. Owen Roberts International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, so the resort offers seclusion while remaining accessible to Grand Cayman's conveniences.
Mandarin Oriental will provide property management, with a la carte services including housekeeping, childcare, personal training and in-residence dining. Owners meeting specified requirements may participate in the Mandarin Oriental rental programme. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2028.
