A four-bedroom villa with a private pool in the heart of Royal Westmoreland Golf & Beach Estate, a five-minute walk from the clubhouse, communal pool and fitness centre.
A spacious covered terrace is set up for dining outdoors, and the private pool has a sun deck and a gazebo beside it.
Guests receive social membership of the estate: the championship golf course, clubhouse dining, tennis courts, fitness centre, and the Mullins Beach Club.
Children under 10 are not permitted. Housekeeping twice weekly. Security throughout the gated community.
Royal Westmoreland charges a separate resort fee for the food and beverage outlets, The Sanctuary, gym, communal pool, tennis, padel, pickleball, beach club and shuttle service. For 4 or more bedrooms this is US$150 per villa per week, paid directly to RWM when collecting guest passes at the clubhouse. Guests who do not wish to use the amenities need not register.
