Villa No. 3 at Laluna Estate is a five-bedroom villa on prime waterfront land at Morne Rouge, on the Caribbean island of Grenada. It is offered turn-key and fully furnished, and brings together the benefits of Caribbean holiday home ownership and property management with access to the amenities of the adjacent Laluna Resort.

The villas of Laluna Estate are each uniquely designed. The estate is a very private villa development, designed by two Italian architects to offer a warm and intimate atmosphere in which to enjoy the casual and distinctive Caribbean lifestyle. It shares the character Laluna is known for, combining Balinese influences, Italian sophistication and Caribbean charm. The villa has air conditioning, WiFi and sea views.

Outside, the villa has an infinity pool and a patio, with beach access close at hand.

Laluna Estate lies on the dramatic coastline of Morne Rouge, just 10 minutes from both the capital, St George's, and Maurice Bishop International Airport. The beachfront Laluna Resort next door is an intimate boutique hotel, a favourite of well-travelled guests, with an Asian spa, a beach yoga pavilion, an Italian restaurant and water sports including hobie cats, stand-up paddle boards and snorkelling. The estate is brought to market by the owner of Laluna Resort, and all villa owners have unfettered access to the resort as a benefit of ownership. This combines the amenities and services of a resort with the privacy and flexibility of a holiday home.

The villas offer an alternative to luxury hotel stays or high-maintenance second-home ownership. Rather than the upkeep that often comes with a second home, owners at Laluna Estate benefit from a management contract that includes maintenance by on-site staff. Owners can also rent out the villa when they are not staying in it, with all rentals handled under the management contract, so income can flow in without the work of managing the property.

Villa owners and landowners have full access to Laluna services and amenities. Laluna Estate has a master plan approved by the Government with an attractive incentive package. Under Grenada's economic citizenship programme, buyers at Laluna Estate can apply for a Grenadian passport for themselves and their families (government fees apply). Non-Grenadian buyers pay no sales tax on the purchase price, where 11.5% is usual, and 2.5% on selling instead of 15%.
