Honeycomb House is a reimagined five-bedroom villa in the Queens Fort enclave of St James, just steps from a secluded west coast beach. It blends contemporary Caribbean architecture with relaxed island living, and it has been completely transformed by the designer Sophie Domenge. The result is a house that feels sophisticated without effort, private yet close to everything the west coast offers.

The villa offers approximately 4,064 sq ft of living space on 24,980 sq ft of land, and it is arranged around a central courtyard and saltwater pool so that indoor and outdoor spaces flow into one another. The main house has three generous en-suite bedrooms, a calm open-plan living area, a hidden media lounge and a dedicated home office. The bathrooms are finished in natural stone, with rain showers. The designer kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and opens onto several covered terraces and the outdoor dining areas.

A separate guest cottage holds two private en-suite bedrooms and a kitchenette, giving visiting family or guests their own independent space. For wellness and fitness there is a gym equipped with a Peloton and a yoga studio.
