A semi-detached villa on an elevated bluff in Royal Westmoreland Golf & Beach Estate, looking out over the championship golf course, a tranquil lake and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
Three en-suite bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The third sits in a self-contained cottage, which gives guests real seclusion. The villa was recently redecorated by its new owner, and the open-plan lounge extends onto a new private deck with views of the sea and the clubhouse below.
Housekeeping included. Guests have the run of the estate: championship golf, clubhouse dining, tennis courts, fitness centre and beach club access at Mullins Beach.
Royal Westmoreland charges a separate resort fee for the food and beverage outlets, The Sanctuary, gym, communal pool, tennis, padel, pickleball, beach club and shuttle service. For 3 bedrooms this is US$125 per villa per week, paid directly to RWM when collecting guest passes at the clubhouse. Guests who do not wish to use the amenities need not register.
