A three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa with a private pool inside Sugar Hill Tennis Resort, elevated to take in panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

Across two levels: an open-concept living and dining area flowing into a newly renovated kitchen, and on the ground floor a guest suite with twin beds and trundles that sleeps four. Wide doors open onto covered terraces, tropical gardens and the sun-drenched pool. Upstairs the principal suite has sea views, ample wardrobe space, a double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, with a third en-suite bedroom alongside.

Membership of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club is included, along with the resort’s championship tennis courts, gym, clubhouse and restaurant.

Housekeeper two days per week.

All rates are subject to 10% government tax and a 2.5% service charge.
