Apes Hill Daydreamer Villa

Daydreamer Villa is a four-bedroom villa in the Apes Hill Barbados community in St James, designed around a seamless indoor-outdoor way of living. It sits in an elevated position above the 3rd tee box, with panoramic views over the lush golf course and a picturesque coconut grove, a peaceful setting that still keeps the resort's amenities close at hand.

Grand double doors open onto a layout that flows from the great room straight out to the veranda and pool. The great room is 30 feet wide, and its large sliding doors let the indoor and outdoor spaces blend into one. A fully equipped kitchen is supported by a separate laundry room and a separate guest cloakroom, and the villa is air conditioned. The design is timeless and the space ample, suited equally to quiet moments and to entertaining guests.

All four bedrooms are master suites with en-suite bathrooms, and each has a covered outdoor area. On the ground floor, two master bedrooms open directly onto the shaded pool deck, giving a calm retreat with control over sunlight and privacy. On the upper level, two further master suites each have a private veranda overlooking the pool, with elevated southerly views across the landscape.

Outside, the expansive covered veranda is laid out with both dining and lounging areas, so it works as well for relaxing as for entertaining. Beyond it, the large pool deck surrounds a 46-foot swimming pool, set against the green of the golf course and the coconut grove.

Apes Hill Barbados Golf Resort & Community is set high on the island, overlooking panoramic vistas in a geologically distinctive area, and offers golf, outdoor living, sports, wellness and dining. Residents have access to an 18-Hole Championship Golf Course with the 19th Hole Lake Island Green, the Par-3 Little 8 fun course, 12.5 kilometres of scenic hiking trails, 8 Padel courts and 2 flood-lit tennis courts. There is a dedicated Golf Performance and Teaching Centre, a driving range and a pro shop, and two places to eat: the Noisy Cricket Club House Restaurant and Bar, and the outdoor 20th Hole Restaurant and Bar. A Leisure Centre with a fully equipped gym, a resort-style pool and a Kids Club is planned for the community, which has 24-hour security.
