Had a great stay at Beach Happy and returned the keys to Security 👍 Walked down to Baia last night for dinner- Highly recommend it, very impressive meal 😁

The staff at the Villa are really outstanding! Earl is so amazing and Paul the chef is brilliant. We have had better meals in than all the restaurants! Nothing is too much for them. The ladies are friendly and warm and great too. Chanel - you have been honestly incredible. Thank you so much for everything you have done. So super efficient and lovely. The Villa is beautiful and a fantastic location. The boat trip was also the best we have been on and we have done quite a few.

Immaculate villa and surroundings. Good space, with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas. Pool is a good size.

Very beautiful place, great space, comfortable beds. Host very helpful and answers on time.

What a gorgeous house, stunning and such attention to detail. Awesome bed linen, towels , just perfect. Very Zen and stunning interior design. The agent, Chanel was professional and very proactive, responded within minutes. I will definitely be using One Caribbean Estates again, and would return to this rental in a heart beat. One of the best in the last twenty visits to the Island.

Fantastic place to stay, lovely pool area with direct access to the beach. Well equipped modern kitchen, living room and a lovely bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It’s got everything you need in a holiday let and was great value considering all the high finishes of the property.
