This beautiful villa consists of 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a 5th bedroom used as an office with a pull-out sofa bed which has its own full bathroom. Three of the bedrooms benefit from sea views and a balcony.

You will enjoy stunning views and afternoon sunsets while sipping on Bajan Rum Punch, lounging in your 30 ft private pool, with the sun on your face, and the breezes at your back. The breathtaking, expansive deck area has 8 sun loungers, comfortable soft seating and outdoor dining for up to 10 people with miraculous sea views that can not be matched. The clever design provides shade to the dining and soft seating area leaving the loungers in the sun for topping up your tan. The Full open plan lets you enjoy everyone’s company until it is time to retire for the night, to rest and rejuvenate for the following day.

In addition to the villa’s private pool, guests have access to all onsite communal facilities which include a 70 ft pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, changing rooms, a gym, a yoga studio, and a cafe.

Access to Fairmont Beach Club
Guests will have access to the Fairmont Beach Club where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and the sea. The beach club has 32 chairs and 16 beach umbrellas in total for use, access to parking, restrooms/changing rooms, a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture adjoining the Water Sports area, and an onsite restaurant.

Winter Rate: US $1,300 per night
Festive Rate: US $2,500 per night

Rental Rates are subject to a 10% Shared Economy Levy and a 1.5% service fee.
