White tiling completes this contemporary feel.
The living, dining and lounge areas are all on the ground floor. The first bedroom is also on this floor as is the full bathroom. The bathroom doubles as a powder room for visiting guests.
The ground-floor living room leads out to an open and covered terrace area. This is ideal for BBQ entertaining, sunbathing or soaking in the 10×10” plunge pool.
The kitchen is unique in itself. At the end of the kitchen is a bright, open-air covered dining nook. This adds a sense of space and is a lovely place to relax. There are black marble tiled worktops, an oven, a hob and a hood in the kitchen. There is also an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer and dryer.
On the second floor are the other two bedrooms and another shared full bathroom. Both bedrooms extend onto an open-air terrace. This is a lovely spot for sunbathing, or reading a book.
The villa uses tropical sunshine to generate its solar water heating systems. Traditional Caribbean complete the villa with troweltex finish and Wallaba shingle roofing. This is all set within a mature tropical landscaped environment.

For golf enthusiasts, this property is just a 5-minute walk away from the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course. It is a 10-minute drive from the golf course near the Sandy Lane estate. These are two of the finest golf courses in the Caribbean.
Holetown is just a 5 minute drive away. This is the hub of the west coast. Here you will find a supermarket, banks, medical centre and the Lime Grove Shopping Centre. In Limegrove there is duty-free shopping and an array of bars, restaurants and cinemas.
