Amazing beaches, Good Elevation, Great Location and relatively deep water access.
The Islands are easily accessed by Great Harbour Cay, with a 20-minute boat ride to Great Harbour Cay Harbour, with dockage and fuel, or a 5 minute hop over the main Great Harbour Cay beach and The Beach Club for breakfast or lunch.
The larger island, which is covered in a mix of grassland and coppice, is fringed by a powder soft white sand beach which covers about 50% of the island. The southern side of the island features the highest elevations making it ideal for the development of a home and dock, with views along the main beach.
Smaller island spanning 2.5 acres which is located just to the south of the main island.
